Where can you rent in Western Ohio along I-75?
Renewed (formerly VSF Rentals) has five apartment communities in three neighboring Western Ohio towns on I-75 between Dayton and Lima: Troy, Piqua and Sidney. In Troy there are North Troy Apartments & Townhomes and Graceview Apartments. In Piqua there is Heritage Lofts downtown. - Heritage Lofts, 316 N College St: studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom.
- One flat monthly fee covers electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash and 1 Gig WiFi; the amount depends on the floor plan.
- Two elevators and a laundry room on each floor.
- Heritage Lofts is open to all renters. It is not income-restricted.

How to choose
- Walk to downtown? Heritage Lofts in Piqua and Tower Lofts in Sidney sit in their downtowns.
- Need 3 or 4 bedrooms? North Troy has 3 bedroom homes. Northgate goes up to 4 bedrooms.
- Want most bills in one fee? At Heritage Lofts and Tower Lofts one fee covers electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash and WiFi. At the other three you set up the utilities the fee does not cover.
- Elevator or stairs? Heritage Lofts and Tower Lofts have elevators. Every Northgate home has stairs at its entry.
- Pets? Graceview and Northgate are pet-friendly. Ask the leasing team about the policy for any other home.
