For all maintenance issues, call 937-381-9880 (ext. #1) to contact someone in our dispatch center open 24/7 for work orders. Call anytime. Repairs cannot be scheduled or completed without a work order. If water is spreading and not contained, tell the phone operator immediately so it can be prioritized. For reports of criminal activity, threats to safety, or potential harm to people or property, call 911 immediately or the local police.

We get that life happens. If you need to end your lease early, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find a solution that minimizes any penalties and makes the transition easy.
